1. General provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules for using the noble-fern.com website and the services provided through it. The owner of the website is noble-fern with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Nowogrodzka 42/15, 00-695 Warsaw.

Use of the website means acceptance of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

Through the Website, the Service Provider offers the following services:

4. Terms of use of the Website

The User undertakes to:

5. Conclusion of contract

Sending a contact form constitutes an offer inquiry and is not equivalent to concluding a contract. The contract is concluded after agreement of cooperation details and confirmation of the order by both parties.

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to perform the service without giving any reason.

6. Payments

The prices of services provided on the Website are gross prices and include VAT. Detailed payment terms are agreed individually before the service is commenced.

7. Withdrawal from contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of its conclusion, without giving any reason. The statement of withdrawal should be sent to the e-mail address: [email protected].

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the Consumer.

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding rendered services should be reported to the e-mail address: [email protected]. The complaint should contain a description of the problem and contact details of the person submitting the complaint.

The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days from the date of their receipt.

9. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Interruptions in the availability of the Website caused by factors independent of the Service Provider
• The consequences of the User providing untrue or incomplete data
• Actions of third parties contrary to the law

10. Intellectual property

All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, photos and logos, are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses. Copying, disseminating or using this content without consent is prohibited.

11. Amendments to the terms and conditions

12. Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Website will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of the Service Provider.
